KM Conference 2024, Social Event (Saturday, 6 July, 2024)

On Saturday, July 6th, 2024, we will have the KM 2024 Conference Social Event tour. The day will start with a pickup from our hotels (bus will pick up first at the Regent Warsaw Hotel (Hotel 1) and then at Novotel Warsaw Centrum (Hotel 2)). We will have an English-speaking guide and start the day with a short drive to the magical Wilanow Park where we will take a sightseeing tour with the tour guide. Following, we will have to split the group into two groups, where the first group will visit the Wilanow Palace with a palace tour guide (in English), while the other group will take a tour of the Wilanow Museum with our tour guide. Then the two groups will switch to ensure everyone will experience both the amazing Palace and Museum. We will then depart to the Lake Zegrze region where we will have a buffet lunch at the tranquil Hotel Narvil Conference & Spa. Following, we will be walking with the tour guide to the Narvil Beach Bar where we will have (those who are interested...) water sport activities with a few canoes and water bikes (pedal-boats) to share among the group for two hours. Those who are not interested in the water sport (canoes and water bikes (pedal-boats)) can relax near the lake. Then, we will take our bus back to Warsaw arriving at the hotels in the early evening (plan for the whole day as we do not have a way to predict the traffic...)

We recommend that you wear comfortable walking shoes, and a hat, and bring a bottle of water with you!

*** It is required that all conference attendees also register their family members and/or guests to ensure they are counted for the social event. Thank you for understanding. We will not be able to accommodate individuals who were not registered ahead of time. Thank you for understanding. See KM2024 Registration Page if needed.

Please also bring a good mood and a big smile!
